The science

Glutamine contributes 80% of the free nitrogen found in the body and is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. During periods of heavy training, an increased demand for glutamine throughout the body results in the depletion of stores from muscle tissue and a consequent loss of muscle mass.

How do I use it?

For best results take 1 serve, 20g (approx 1 scoop) on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or after exercise. Add to 250mL water, stir and serve.

Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose), Glutamine, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Maltodextrin, Flavour, Sweetener (Acesulphame K, Sucralose), Colour (Betacarotene).

Contains soy derived product (as part of flavour). Contains no added yeast, gluten, lactose, dairy products, artificial colour, animal products, egg, fish, corn, preservatives or salt.

Contains a silica gel canister to maintain a free-flowing powder. Do not remove or consume.
