Well I decided to start a new post as my training is now taking
a new turn. I officially start my 12 weeks of boxing with Rich.
Twice a week Mon and Wed. On Tues and Thurs nights I will
do capoeira with Jase. I will still add in a couple weights and one
more cardio with a few intervals. And stretch, gotta stretch.

4 days this week as a busy weekend ahead.
