Hello world!

it is NOVEMBER 7th!!!!!! (in canada) my birthday is in  a week!! (ahh)  i havnt posted anything in awhile (seeing as i couldnt figure out my Password) i did some light wheight training this morning and a bunch of crunches. is it bad not to do cardio everyday? i really need to get back into it, im always on the run, so hopefully next week i can get a gym membership! (ive just been working out at my house) wheights/treadmill etc.but a steady gym routine in vic will be nice.i havnt posted any pictures yet, but  after i  get my portfolio pictures re-done i will post them! yayy! happy bday kimmi xo (well yesterday for u) lol!
