
This is my motivation board… not sure how well you can actually see it but pretty much it has my little goals and I tick each day that I do it. Some of them only require one tick e.g takeaways once a week… i tick the day I eat the takeaway, so should just have one tick.
Big goals: abs!!! This is an ongoing goal that I never get to lol. And I want to have some professional photos in october so thats not too far away.
Monday: Did a semi ok workout but my brother decided he wants to start working out too so I brought him along and worked through a program with him. He can hold me accountable to go to the gym now seeing as he needs the ride there lol.

Haha I love the motivation board! That’s actually pretty neat…pretty much the perfect way to keep yourself motivated, having something you see on a daily basis.
