Each softgel contains 500 mg of DHA and 50 mg of EPA. Take 1 softgel daily with food. For additional memory and learning support, take 2 softgels per day. For heart and other cardiovascular protection, take 3 softgels per day.

It is ethyl ester form. The calamari DHA is transformed into ethyl ester form and during the molecular distillation process potential contaminants are removed from the fish oil.
