The apples are carefully picked, pressed, and naturally fermented to create an unpasteurised, unfiltered vinegar that's rich in the live, beneficial bacteria known as the `Mother'. We then blend in Vitamin C and Zinc to provide your immune system with support when your body needs it.

Take as a daily tonic to support general wellbeing or add to salad dressings, marinades, and sauces. We have also added Zinc and Vitamin C for immune support.
For a Guacamole recipe, combine 1 x large avocado, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, ½ lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, Black pepper to taste in a blender/food processor, and whiz until smooth. Dip with crackers or corn chips, great dressing with coz lettuce.
