This week we have made some absolutely delicious and suuuper easy Chocolate Protein Muffins for you guys!

 



Here's what you'll need to make them:

- 2.5 Scoops of Balance 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1tbsp Stevia or granulated sweetener of choice
- 2 Egg whites
- 3tbsp Pumpkin puree (blended steamed pumpkin)

Method:

- Preheat oven and grease muffin tins with coconut oil
- Mix dry ingredients and combine with egg whites and pumpkin puree
- Pour evenly into 6 muffin tins
- Bake for 7-8 mins or until batter is cooked through
