This week we have made some Cookies and Cream Protein Pancakes made with our Balance 100% Whey Protein for you guys!
1/2 cups oats (soaked in warm water to soften)
1 Scoop Balance 100% Whey Protein Cookies & Cream flavour
1 Small Banana
2 Egg whites
Step 1: Pre-heat a non-stick fry pan.
Step 2: Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3: Brush pan with cooking oil of choice to ensure the pancakes don't stick.
Step 4: Pour a small amount of mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the top side of the pancake, then flip and leave until cooked.
Step 5: Top with whatever you feel like - we used some frozen blue berries and some sugar free Maple syrup (available at most super markets in the desert aisle).
