These Cake Batter Protein Balls are absolutely Delicious, and are Healthy as well! Yum!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Stevia (Or granulated Sweetener of Choice)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugarfree Maple Syrup (You can buy this from Countdown – Queen Brand found in the Desert aisle)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½ Scoop BioX Power Whey Vanilla Flavour

Method:

  • In a bowl place Protein Powder, Vanilla Extract, Stevia, Maple Syrup, and Melted Coconut Oil
  • Mix until a thick batter forms. If too thin, add more Protein Powder.
  • Roll into 5 balls and coat in Coconut Flakes and Sprinkles.
