These all natural snack sized balls are the perfect healthy gluten-free treat. They're nutritious and delicious with a protein, fruit and LSA base, topped off with coconut and cocoa.

Ingredients

 

Method:

1. Soak the dates in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix until mixture is very smooth.
3. Roll into 20 balls, roll in extra coconut, LSA, cocoa powder, or your favourite gluten-free sprinkles.
