Hey team, here's a super nutritious Horleys shake to try out!
- 250ml of ice cold pineapple juice
- 1 cup vanilla flavoured creamed rice
- 3 scoops Horleys Crossfire protein - Strawberry flavour
- 2 decent handfuls of baby spinach leaves.
Method:
1. Add all ingredients in a decent blender.
2. Blend until thick.
3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
