Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops VanillaSuperQuad Inner Armour Protein
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 90ml Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3-5 Ice Cubes


Method:

  1. Blend all together until smooth!
