- 1 1/2 cups of papaya (chilled and cut into chunks)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup of non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop of Balance WPI Whey Protein Unflavoured
- 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
- Leaves from one sprig of mint (optional)
- Blend papaya, ice, yoghurt, ginger, lemon juice, agave nectar and min in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
