This brightly coloured fruity protein shake is great for breakfast or as an on-the-go drink. Containing Chia seeds, yoghurt and Balance WPI Whey Protein powder. Gives this shake an extra kick of protein.
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Balance WPI Whey Protein powder (unflavoured)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- two handfuls of ice
- Place all ingredients apart from the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
