This brightly coloured fruity protein shake is great for breakfast or as an on-the-go drink. Containing Chia seeds, yoghurt and Balance WPI Whey Protein powder. Gives this shake an extra kick of protein.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Balance WPI Whey Protein powder (unflavoured)
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • two handfuls of ice

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients apart from the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth.
  3. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
