- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 2 scoops Balance 100% Whey Protein
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cup water or low-fat milk
