Give yourself a health kick with this awesome Berry Power Smoothie !! Full of nutrients and antioxidants, this smoothie is the perfect way to kickstart your day. 



  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 of a cup of blueberries
  • 1/3 of a cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 a cup of kale leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)
  • 1/4 of a cup of almond milk or water
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon of Balance WPI Whey Protein Powder (unflavoured)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of acai berries
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon



  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a blender together.

  2. Depending how thick you like your smoothie, you may want to add a little more water.

  3. If you’re craving a crunch then sprinkle some extra chia seeds or oats.
