Give yourself a health kick with this awesome Berry Power Smoothie !! Full of nutrients and antioxidants, this smoothie is the perfect way to kickstart your day.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 of a cup of blueberries
- 1/3 of a cup of strawberries
- 1/2 a cup of kale leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)
- 1/4 of a cup of almond milk or water
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon of Balance WPI Whey Protein Powder (unflavoured)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of acai berries
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender together.
Depending how thick you like your smoothie, you may want to add a little more water.
If you’re craving a crunch then sprinkle some extra chia seeds or oats.
