- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Bio X Power Whey Powder
- 1/2 Banana (frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
- Combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
