- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup of Optimum 100% Gold Standard Whey
- ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- Blend or whisk all the ingredients together until they’re well combined.
- Then, pour each pancake into a non-stick pan which you can further non-stick with some coconut oil or butter.
- When ready, add any favourite toppings such as maple syrup, honey, agave and/or nut butter, fruit or jam
