- Quark or Low-fat Ricotta
- ¼ Cup of BioX vanilla whey protein
- 2-3 tbsp Milk
- Whisk all the ingredients together until thick and creamy.
- Place mixture into a piping bad and pipe it onto your dish! I personally love this on top of our Winter Protein Mocha or our Chocolate Walnut Protein Brownies.
