- 2 Tbsp white whole wheat flour
- 1 scoop 1UP Nutrition Chocolate Protein of your choice.
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- Spray microwave-safe mug with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and whisk with a fork until well-combined.
- Add in wet ingredients, and stir.
- Pour batter into prepared mug and microwave for 2 minutes or until the top of the cake is slightly firm to the touch.
- Let cool, add your favorite fruit and nuts.
