Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

First, we have a great early-morning protein shake that features a few classic breakfast ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop Muscletech Platinum 100% ISO-WHEY, vanilla flavor
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Milkshake

If you're in the mood for a more dessert-like protein shake, give this hearty peanut butter version a try.
Ingredients
- Handful of ice cubes
- 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop Muscletech Platinum 100% ISO-WHEY, vanilla flavor
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or substitute with PB2 powdered peanut butter)
For both recipes, just toss all the goods into a blender, then blend until the mixture is smooth. Oh, and enjoy!
