Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- ¼ cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or regular milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons all-natural cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 scoop Inner Armour chocolate shake protein powder (or protein of your choice)
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder (or regular cocoa powder)
- ¼ cup xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- Icing
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and spray a mini 6” round cake pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together egg whites, almond milk and cashew butter in a mixing bowl until completely smooth.
- Add protein powder, almond meal flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, xylitol, & baking powder to a separate mixing bowl. Stir together.
- Pour liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Stir in 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into cake pan and smooth down with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 28-30 minutes, or until top is set.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and drizzle on top of cake. Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
