If you're a chocolate lover then this treat is for you!



  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or regular milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 scoop Inner Armour chocolate shake protein powder (or protein of your choice)
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder (or regular cocoa powder)
  • ¼ cup xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free dark chocolate chips 
  • Icing
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free dark chocolate chips



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and spray a mini 6” round cake pan with cooking spray. 
  2. Whisk together egg whites, almond milk and cashew butter in a mixing bowl until completely smooth. 
  3. Add protein powder, almond meal flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, xylitol, & baking powder to a separate mixing bowl. Stir together. 
  4. Pour liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Stir in 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips. 
  5. Pour batter into cake pan and smooth down with a spoon. 
  6. Bake in the oven for 28-30 minutes, or until top is set. 
  7. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and drizzle on top of cake. Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
