Directions

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of the AllMax Nutrition AllWhey Protein Powder (Strawberry or Vanilla Flavour) and 1 cup of Lite Natural Greek Yoghurt together.
  2. In a Parfait Glass, Layer: 1 tablespoon of Natural low fat Greek Yoghurt; 1 tablespoon of Choc Chip or Raspberry White Chocolate Cookie Crumbs; 1 tablespoon of Berries.
  3. Re-layer until you have reached the top of the Glass. Serve chilled with a sprinkling of sliced almonds.
