Fitness icon Jeff Seid lets out his secret on the best Protein Pancake recipe to ignite your day and help recovery.
Protein Pancake Ingredients
- 6x eggs (2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites)
- 50g old fashion oats
- Tablespoon of Blueberries
- 2x Scoops of Vanilla Protein
Directions
- Pre heat pan with a dash of oil
- Crack 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs into a bowl
- Add the Oatmeal into the bowel
- Add 1 spoon of Blueberries
- Add 2x Scoops of Vanilla Protein
- Blend all the ingredients until it comes a smooth paste
- Tip the paste into a pre oiled pan and monitor until cooked
- Add extra blueberries for maximum taste
