Fitness icon Jeff Seid lets out his secret on the best Protein Pancake recipe to ignite your day and help recovery. 

 

Protein Pancake Ingredients

  • 6x eggs (2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites)
  • 50g old fashion oats
  • Tablespoon of Blueberries
  • 2x Scoops of Vanilla Protein

 

Directions

  1. Pre heat pan with a dash of oil
  2. Crack 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs into a bowl
  3. Add the Oatmeal into the bowel
  4. Add 1 spoon of Blueberries 
  5. Add 2x Scoops of Vanilla Protein 
  6. Blend all the ingredients until it comes a smooth paste
  7. Tip the paste into a pre oiled pan and monitor until cooked
  8. Add extra blueberries for maximum taste
  9. ENJOY!
