2 Minute Breakfast Shake

When you're running late for work and need a shake to drink in the car, here is a quick and easy 2 minute special. Throw it all in your blender or bullet, mix and pour in your Supplements.co.nz shaker and you're out the door. BOOM!

 

 

Recipe:

  • 1-2 Scoops of AllMax Nutrition AllWhey Protein Powder (We like chocolate!)
  • 1-2 Cups of Vegetables (Like Spinach which doesn't affect the taste). Seriously if you blend it up you wont notice!
  • 2 Handfuls of Fruit (Fresh or Frozen). Berries are full of antioxidants and taste yum. 
  • 2 Tablespoons of Healthy Fat (My Kosh My'NutButter JustPeanuts Smooth)
  • Mixer (Almond Milk, Organic Milk, Water - your choice). More water is thinner, less water is thicker - We like thicker and often throw in some ice cubes.
