This Balance Performance Greens Smoothie is not only nutritious and delicious, but it is also super easy to make. It only takes five minutes of your time.
Ingredients:
- 300ml brewed and chilled lemon & ginger tea (or use water)
- ½ avocado
- 2 large feijoas (skin on if homegrown, if bought from a store you might want to remove the skins)
- 1 serve Balance Performance Greens (10g)
- ½ tsp honey
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blitz until well combined.
- Pour into serving glass and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
