Balance Performance Greens Smoothie

Boost your immune system with locally-grown produce like feijoas. This fruit is a great and delicious source of Vitamin C. When mixed with avocado, you get a whole new flavor.

​This Balance Performance Greens Smoothie is not only nutritious and delicious, but it is also super easy to make. It only takes five minutes of your time.

 

​Ingredients:

  • 300ml brewed and chilled lemon & ginger tea (or use water)
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 large feijoas (skin on if homegrown, if bought from a store you might want to remove the skins)
  • 1 serve Balance Performance Greens (10g)
  • ½ tsp honey

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blitz until well combined.
  2. Pour into serving glass and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.

Serve and enjoy!
