Pancakes and more pancakes!
It's simply the classic way to incorporate your protein powder. Here's a new recipe to try, Balance Protein Pancake.
Ingredients:
- 1 Flax Egg (1 tbsp. ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp. water)
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 1/2 serving Balance 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2-3 tbsp. Nut Milk
Directions:
- Mix all together and let it thicken up while your waffle iron/stove heats.
- Spray with non-stick spray or a little avocado oil, pour it on thick and spoon into a circle. Cook & flip.
- Top with melted coconut butter (tastes like icing) + grass-fed Greek yogurt for some added probiotics + cinnamon of course!
