After a sweet treat with a hit of protein? Something a juicy steak or slab of tofu won’t fix? We’ve got you covered with this delicious combo of berry, banana, coconut, and Balance 100% Whey protein. Have as an afternoon snack to keep you keeping-on, or as an after-tea dessert to satisfy your sweet spot.


  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 200ml coconut milk, canned
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 scoops (56g) Balance 100% Whey (Vanilla)


  1. Peel and freeze the bananas overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well to combine.
  3. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
