This smoothie recipe from Balance Sports Nutrition combines that flavour pop with banana, avocado, and their plant-based protein. Balance Plant Protein uses a blend of pea protein isolate, organic brown rice protein concentrate, chia protein powder, sachi inchi powder combined with amino acids and digestive enzymes. Ingredients

  • 350ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of mixed berries
  • 1 serving of Balance Plant Protein, vanilla flavour
  • 1/2 avocado

 

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 
  2. Pour into your favorite glass and drink it down!
