- 1 scoop choc mintTitan Protein powder
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup cacao
- ¼ cup Walden Farms sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- Mint leaves to serve
- In a food processor, start by blending together the avocado and maple syrup.
- Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Finally, add the cacao and protein powder and blend until smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into ramekins and leave in the fridge to chill.
- Remove from fridge when ready to serve and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
