Ingredients

  • 1 scoop choc mintTitan Protein powder
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup cacao
  • ¼ cup Walden Farms sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Mint leaves to serve

 

Directions

  1. In a food processor, start by blending together the avocado and maple syrup.
  2. Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  3. Finally, add the cacao and protein powder and blend until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mousse into ramekins and leave in the fridge to chill.
  5. Remove from fridge when ready to serve and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
