Chocolate Chia Pudding

There are lots of ways to enjoy a good, healthy guilt-free protein milk chocolate bar. One that's really worth trying is this chocolate chia pudding by @vitawerx

 

​Recipe serves 6.

 

​Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol, optional
  • Shaved Vitawerx Milk Chocolate Bar

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix together well (reserve some shaved chocolate to decorate the top of puddings).
  2. Pour into 6 serving jars and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with shaved @vitawerx chocolate.
