Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Doughnut recipe is a delicious protein treat. It's filled with mouth-watering goodness.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour⁠
  • 2 Tbsp. BioX Nutri-Nut Powder⁠
  • 1 Scoop BioX Vanilla Power Whey Complex⁠
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Applesauce
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

 

Glaze: 

  • <1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips/li>
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350.⁠
  2. Mix together flour, BioX protein powder, BioX Nutri-Nut, baking soda, and salt.⁠
  3. Next, add in the egg, syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, applesauce, and vanilla. Gently fold together until batter is formed. Batter will be thick.⁠
  4. Spoon batter into a piping or ziplock bag and remove about a 1/2 inch from the tip. Prepare doughnut pan with non-stick spray. Pip doughnut batter into doughnut pans.⁠
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.⁠
  6. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave until melted and smooth. Once doughnuts are cooled, dip each doughnut into the chocolate glaze. Set in fridge for 5-10 minutes for chocolate to set.⁠
