Eat some brownies and get your needed protein boost for the day. This Chocolate Protein Brownies is quick and easy to make.
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Raiseys Advanced Whey Chocolate Protein
- 1 Tsp. Chia seeds
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp. Full Fat Coconut Cream
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Sea Salt, for topping
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the salt. Stir to combine.
- Spray muffin pan with baking spray and scoop even amount of batter into each muffin cup until 3/4 of the way full.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes, remove from oven and immediately top each with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy!
