Chocolate Protein Brownies

Eat some brownies and get your needed protein boost for the day. This Chocolate Protein Brownies is quick and easy to make. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 Eggs
  • ​2/3 Cup Raiseys Advanced Whey Chocolate Protein
  • ​​1 Tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • ​​1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp. Full Fat Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • ​Sea Salt, for topping

Directions:

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Spray muffin pan with baking spray and scoop even amount of batter into each muffin cup until 3/4 of the way full.
  3. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes, remove from oven and immediately top each with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy!
