This week we have made some absolutely delicious and suuuper easy Chocolate Protein Muffins for you guys!
Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
– 2.5 Scoops of Balance 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour
– 1tsp Baking powder
– 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
– 1tbsp Stevia or granulated sweetener of choice
– 2 Egg whites
– 3tbsp Pumpkin puree (blended steamed pumpkin)
Method:
– Preheat oven and grease muffin tins with coconut oil
– Mix dry ingredients and combine with egg whites and pumpkin puree
– Pour evenly into 6 muffin tins
– Bake for 7-8 mins or until batter is cooked through
