To make this Chocolate Trifle, you need to prepare three layers. The first layer is the protein chocolate pudding. The second layer is a chocolate cake or cookies. Finish off with a whip cream as the third layer. Repeat to make more layers.
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Protein Pudding, you'll need:
- 1 package of Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 scoop of Scivation Xtend Pro Chocolate Lava Cake
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
For the Chocolate Cake / Protein Cookies, you'll need:
- 1 1/2 scoop of 100% Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 scoop of Scivation Xtend Pro Chocolate Lava Cake
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup 100% Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 package of Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding
- 1/2 tsp. of Salt
- 1 tsp. of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. of Vanilla
Directions:
- Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Scoop out onto pan that has parchment paper and make for 12-15 minutes at 350°C.
- Once everything is made, get a wine glass or a mason jar and layer it however you want.
- For the whip cream, you can use cool whip or homemade whip cream.
