Cinnamon Donut Protein Balls

What could be a better mix than donut and protein? Yes, please! 

These Coconut Donut Protein Balls make for a quick perfect snack. Get your target protein hit for the day with just a few of these bites.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 100 Almond Meal
  • 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey
  • French Vanilla Creme
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 40g Cashew Butter
  • 40g Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 80g Dates
  • 30ml Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax Meal

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ball mix ingredients in a high speed blender until mix comes together.
  2. Roll into balls and then coat in the cinnamon sugar mix.

 

Makes 13 cinnamon donut protein balls.
