These Coconut Donut Protein Balls make for a quick perfect snack. Get your target protein hit for the day with just a few of these bites.
Ingredients:
- 100 Almond Meal
- 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey
- French Vanilla Creme
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 40g Cashew Butter
- 40g Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 80g Dates
- 30ml Sugar-free Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Meal
Directions:
- Combine all ball mix ingredients in a high speed blender until mix comes together.
- Roll into balls and then coat in the cinnamon sugar mix.
Makes 13 cinnamon donut protein balls.
