For those that don't know, panna cotta is a dessert that's made by thickening sweetened cream with gelatin. This three ingredient recipe dumbs it down quite a bit, but it's also spiked with 100% Gold Standard Casein Protein from Optimum Nutrition. It's a great way to satisfy late-night dessert cravings and support your muscles at the same time.
- 2 scoops of 100% Gold Standard Casein Protein, vanilla flavour
- 400ml whole milk
- 1 pack of gelatin
- Start by pouring the milk into the pan and heating it.
- Just before the milk starts to boil, stir in the protein powder and gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Depending on how you want to set the servings up, you can split the mixture into two bowls, four smaller bowls, or a single large one.
- Place the bowl (or bowls) in the fridge to set overnight, and that's it!
