- 350 ml of Almond or Rice Milk (Coconut water for a refreshing version)
- 1 cup Pineapple or Kiwifruit - fresh or frozen
- Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
- 1/2 tsp. of Ginger
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (optional for a berry boost)
- 1/2 chopped Banana Frozen for an extra thickened chilled smoothie
- 1 heaped tsp. Lifestream Essential Greens Powder
