Yeah, yeah, we know...this isn't a protein shake recipe. We're sure you'll forgive us after you give it a taste, though! Plus, with all of the protein shake recipes we post, you're probably getting plenty of protein. It's time to give BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) some love - they're a powerful recovery tool.



  • 1 scoop of BPI Sports Best BCAA, Fruit Punch flavor
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup of pineapples
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 2 shots of liquid stevia



  1. Toss all of the ingredients into a blender, then mix until you're happy with the consistency. 
  2. Grab a glass and fill it with ice. Pour the shake mixture into the glass and enjoy.
  3. For a more shake-like consistency, you can add the ice straight to the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
