- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/2 scoop MyoFusion Advanced Protein, Vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp flax
- Pull out your blender and throw all of the ingredients in.
- Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
