Today's recipe, a classic green smoothie, comes straight from the Gaspari Kitchen. It features MyoFusion Advanced, an even more awesome version of their signature MyoFusion protein powder.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1/2 scoop MyoFusion Advanced Protein, Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp flax

 

Directions

  1. Pull out your blender and throw all of the ingredients in.
  2. Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  3. Gulp it down!
