Small bites that are loaded with protein to keep you going. These no-bake Gold Standard Whey Protein Balls are flavorful, as they are made with apricot, coconut, and cacao. These are a convenient and delicious way of enjoying your Whey Protein. Just pop them into your mouth when you're on the go. Easy to make too!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup of almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup of raw cacao
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops of ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 12 dates
- 1/2 cup chopped apricots
Directions:
- In a food processor, blend oats, almond meal, coconut, cacao, almond milk, protein powder, coconut oil, and dates.
- Once combined and sticky, fold through the chopped apricots. Roll in cacao or coconut and pop in the fridge.
