Have you ever heard of the Green Monster Smoothie?
This smoothie recipe became viral a few years ago, it is wonderful for your hair and nails.
It's also a great post-workout recovery smoothie with a hint of Balance in it!
- 1 cup (250 ml) Almond Milk or other Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 large Ripe Frozen Banana
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop of Balance Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 2 to 3 Ice Cubes
- Blend them all and you have an amazing smoothie ready. ENJOY!
