Ingredients:
For the Balls
- 4 Good Green Stuff Bars
- 4 Large Chewy Soft Medjool Dates
- 2.5 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Scoop Good Green Stuff
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2 Scoops Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
For the Coconut Dust
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Fine Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Scoop Good Green Stuff
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients for the balls in a food processor. Blend until you have a dough-like consistency and not too crumbly either.
- Roll them into balls and put them inside a zip-lock bag.
- In the zip-lock bag add the coconut dust ingredients.
- Zip the bag up and allow to mix the balls around by shaking the bag around until the balls are completely covered.
- Then place the balls in an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
- Best chilled in the fridge for an hour before enjoying.
