Pancakes for breakfast, anyone? These protein pancakes are guilt-free, as they are not too heavy with calories. Not too sweet, but delicious. They are packed with proteins as well.
To make this recipe, you'll need the following ingredients:
- 3 cups/30g oats
- 100ml egg whites
- 15g EHPLabs Isopept Zero Vanilla
- 35g banana
- 50ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Cinnamon (optional)
- 100-150ml of water, depending on consistency preference.
- Blend all the ingredients and cook on a pan with 2g of coconut oil or spray.
