Lean5 Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Build muscle the delicious way with this decadent chocolate peanut butter shake from Body Science. This recipe features Lean5, a sustained-release protein powder with 22 grams of protein from whey concentrate, whey isolate, and more.

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or powdered peanut butter, like Nutri-Nut)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 6g cinnamon
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 scoop BSc HydroxyBurn Lean5 (Salted Caramel)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and add your desired amount of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
  3. Optional: top with melted chocolate for extra flavour.
