Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or powdered peanut butter, like Nutri-Nut)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 6g cinnamon
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 scoop BSc HydroxyBurn Lean5 (Salted Caramel)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and add your desired amount of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
  3. Optional: top with melted chocolate for extra flavour.
