- 200ml almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or powdered peanut butter, like Nutri-Nut)
- 1 tbsp oats
- 6g cinnamon
- 8 almonds
- 1 scoop BSc HydroxyBurn Lean5 (Salted Caramel)
- Place all ingredients into blender and add your desired amount of ice.
