That's good for you because it means you can take advantage of this double whammy of a recipe. It's a great recovery drink - Nitro-Tech Whey Protein for post-workout muscle growth and caffeine to keep you going!



  • 1/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1/4 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 3/4 cup crushed or cubed ice
  • 1 scoop Muscletech Nitro-Tech, Chocolate or Vanilla flavor



  1. Dump all of the ingredients into your favorite shaker cup.
  2. Shake like your life depends on it. 
  3. Gulp, gulp, ahhhh!
