Matcha Kiwifruit Chia Pudding

This creamy green chia seed pudding is perfect for breakfast or dessert. Loaded with healthy fats and protein, this super delicious pudding is sure to wake your senses.

 

Ingredients:

Chia pudding:

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tsp Sweetener of choice

Matcha yogurt:

To top: Sliced kiwi fruit

 

Directions:

  1. For chia pudding, mix chia seeds, coconut milk and sweetener in a glass or jar and leave overnight in fridge.
  2. For matcha yogurt, in a small bowl mix coconut yogurt, Clean Lean Protein, sweetener and matcha powder (optional).
  3. Layer matcha yogurt on top of chia pudding, top with sliced kiwi fruit and serve.
