It's hard to say no to a delicious pizza, and it's even harder to turn down one that's loaded with muscle-building protein. So just don't do it.
This pizza recipe from MusclePharm doesn't feature any protein supplements, but it still provides plenty of protein. Feel free to tweak some of the ingredients to your liking, but make sure to keep the meat on there!
Ingredients
- 6oz chicken breast
- 1 whole grain pita
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped olives
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 tsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 small tomato
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Ground pepper
Directions
- Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and cook chicken until it's done.
- Brush your pita with olive oil and broil for about two minutes. While that's happening, grab a mixing bowl and add the pepper, oregano, basil, olives, and vinegar.
- Pull the pita out and spread the mixture on it. If your chicken isn't already chopped, go ahead and do that now, then place it on top of the pita. Add the feta, tomato, and spinach, then broil for 3-4 more minutes.
- Take it out and enjoy!
