There's nothing quite like an infusion of tropical flavours on a hot summer day. This MusclePharm recipe combines mango and papaya with vanilla protein powder, and it's a refreshing way to up your protein intake.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Combat Whey Protein, Vanilla flavour
- 240mL of unsweetened coconut milk
- 120mL of water
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen papaya
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in your blender.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds or until you reach your desired consistency.
