Blueberries have just enough flavour to let you know they're there, but not so much as to be overwhelming -- that's what makes them perfect for protein shakes. They don't seem to be used as often as they should be though, so that's why we're featuring them today.
Blueberries just need a little love, and you can give them some by making this blueberry muffin protein shake with Muscletech Nitro-Tech Ripped!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 to 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop Muscletech Nitro-Tech Ripped (Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
