Muscletech Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

 

Blueberries have just enough flavour to let you know they're there, but not so much as to be overwhelming -- that's what makes them perfect for protein shakes. They don't seem to be used as often as they should be though, so that's why we're featuring them today.

Blueberries just need a little love, and you can give them some by making this blueberry muffin protein shake with Muscletech Nitro-Tech Ripped!

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 to 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop Muscletech Nitro-Tech Ripped (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Made the blueberry muffin shake for breakfast, delicious. I used 100% whey banana flavour.
